Highly collaborative, Andrew has produced a book on bank start-ups, a feasibility study for an OTS charter, and last summer was invited by the Federal Reserve Bank and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to moderate a panel on the benefits of enterprise zone business lending.
Andrew produces community impact by serving on the Long Beach Police Foundation board and developing projects out of ideaDriver.com, where he recently launched a live networking game called, “the spark+plug experiment,” focused on getting good ideas growing. Andrew enjoys living in the global village of Long Beach, California with his super cool wife Jessica and their canine grifters – Vinnie and Louie.

Andrew has worked with several financial service models including de novo, community banking, commercial lending, home lending, investment finance, vendors, and venture capital. He helps clients make smart marketing investments in growing their business. A work sample includes:
- Managed marketing for multiple commercial banking groups including; a website conversion (10,000 page redesign) and producing business entertainment venue at Nissan Open (now Northern Trust Open) for Union Bank
- Managed marketing for multiple business units, relationships, and online development for Imperial Bank (acquired by Comerica)
- Managed marketing for multiple business units of Imperial Credit Industries (now IMPAC Companies)
- Led a team of consultants producing double-digit growth in origination for 500+ Wells Fargo Home Mortgage sales representatives and managers
- Produced market feasibility study for AAA of Michigan.
- Collaborated with De Novo Strategy to produced a ‘How-To’ workbook on organizing and starting a bank.
- Built Marcom and VC Relationships for Trade Solutions Group, a trade, FX and multi-currency software company
- Delivered enterprise-wide and business unit web sites for Imperial Bancorp and Union Bank
- Led an enterprise-wide training program 800+ employees for Imperial Bancorp
- Delivered marketing materials, content, and TV commercials for University College and Extension Services, at CSULB
- Produced online platforms for numerous groups including; Colette’s Children’s Home, De Novo Strategy, Long Beach Police Foundation, Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association, Organizational Support Services and StopWrestling.com
- Providing strategic and development advice through IM/TMA to numerous businesses, entrepreneurs, non-profit, and community groups.
- Led or served on the board of directors for numerous business and community organizations including the Long Beach Junior Chamberand Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce
